How it works

  1. Send in "Share your Dream".
  2. The art team reviews it and, if it's a fit, invites you to the next stage.
  3. Apply in full: complete "Full Application" with dimensions, a safety plan, and a line-item budget.
  4. The art team reviews your full application.
  5. You're notified of the decision. If approved, you move on to the grant terms and conditions.

A review committee reads every application and decides which projects to fund.

Funded grants are paid 70% up front once the terms and conditions are signed, with the remaining 30% on completion and approved receipts.

WHAT WE FUND
  • Materials to construct the piece
  • Equipment hire specifically for the art project
WHAT WE DON'T FUND
  • Artist time or salaries
  • DJ equipment
  • Tickets or personal transport
  • Previously created art (consumables like propane and upgrades are OK)
  • Expensive reusable items (oven, printer, etc.)
  • Storage or building rental
  • Alcohol or other intoxicants
  • Commercial promotional materials
  • Camp infrastructure (generators, stages, lighting, sound equipment)
